CHINESE HAMBURGER CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground beef, browned Chopped onion 2 c. celery, diced 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 3/4 c. water 1/2 c. uncooked rice 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. soy sauce Mix together and put in oiled 1 1/2 to 2 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cover with chow mein noodles and bake 15 minutes more at 350 degrees. |
