CHICKEN JELLO SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello and 1 pkg. gelatin or extra 1/2 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. orange juice
1 can jellied cranberry sauce

Dissolve Jello and gelatin in hot water. Add juice and cranberry sauce. Beat together. Let set. Will jell slowly (several hours).

TOP LAYER:

3 sm. cans chicken or 3 whole chicken breasts, cooked
1 tsp. minced onion
1/2 c. stuffed olives
1/2 c. diced celery
1 c. mayonnaise
1 env. gelatin
1/4 c. cold water

Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water. Add 1/2 cup boiling water. Cool. Add to above mixture. Put on top of first layer. Will fit into large oblong cake pan and serves 12.
