CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP 
1 (3 lb.) broiler fryer, skinned
4 c. water
3 fresh celery leaves
3/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/3 c. green onion
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. sliced carrots
2 tbsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. water
1 tbsp. chicken flavored bouillon
1 c. uncooked egg noodles
1 bay leaf

Simmer until chicken and vegetables are cooked. Remove bay leaf before serving.
