SKILLET BLACKEYED PEAS 
1 can blackeyed peas
1 can French onion soup
1 can water
1/2 c. raw rice
1/2 lb. smoked sausage, cut in 1/2 moons
1 tbsp. butter

Mix all together in 10-inch skillet. Bring to boil and simmer uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes. Stir frequently.
