SWISS PIE 
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs (about 27)
1/3 c. butter, melted
8 slices bacon
1 c. chopped onion
3 slightly beaten eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded (2 c.)
1/2 c. grated Cheddar

Oven 375 degrees. Combine cracker crumbs and butter. Press into a 9 inch pie plate. Cook bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble. Pour off all but 2 tablespoons fat. Add onion and cook until tender.

Combine bacon, onion, eggs, sour cream, salt, pepper and Swiss cheese. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle Cheddar on top. Refrigerate.

When ready to serve, bake for 30 to 40 minutes until a knife inserted halfway between the outer edge and the center comes out clean. Let pie set 5-10 minutes. Serves 8-10.
