CHOCOLATE CHERRY BARS 
1 pkg. devil's food cake mix
21 oz. can cherry pie filling
1 tsp. almond extract
2 eggs, beaten

FROSTING:

1 c. sugar
5 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. milk
1 c. chocolate chips

350 degree oven. Grease and flour 10 x 15 inch jelly roll pan. In large bowl, combine base ingredients. Stir by hand until mixed. Bake for 25 minutes.

In small saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and milk. Boil, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips until smooth. Pour over warm bars. Makes 3 dozen.
