PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 box beef Rice-A-Roni
2 eggs
Water and sauce mix

Put together in large bowl hamburger, rice, 2 eggs. Make medium to large meatballs. Brown them in a large skillet, then add sauce mix and 2 cups water. Simmer for about 20-25 minutes. Use liquid for gravy. I usually serve them with mashed potatoes and corn and muffins.
