PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 beaten egg
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
1/4 c. uncooked rice
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. parsley
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. water
Salt and pepper

Combine egg, 1/4 cup soup, rice, onion, parsley, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper. Stir in ground beef. Shape into 1-inch balls. Combine water and rest of soup. Throw all in large pot and simmer 35-40 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes or seasoned rice.
