PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 c. brown rice, cooked
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 tsp. oil
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Dash of freshly ground black pepper
2 c. tomato juice
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped

Mix the first 6 ingredients and shape into fifteen 1 inch balls, broil until brown. In a saucepan, combine tomato juice, chili powder and pepper and bring to a boil. Add the meatballs, cover and simmer gently for 20 minutes, stirring a few times.
