PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 beaten egg
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
1/4 c. long grain rice
2 tbsp. onion, chopped fine
1 tbsp. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine egg and 1/2 cup of the soup. Stir in the uncooked rice onion, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix well. Add meat and mix again. Form into 20 small balls. Put in 10 inch skillet. Mix remaining soup, Worcestershire and 1/2 cup water. Add to skillet. Bring to boil. Reduce cover and simmer 30-40 minutes, stir often.
