PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
6 pork chops
1 med. onion
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. rice
2 cans Campbell's bouillon soup

Brown pork chops and chopped onion on top of stove at medium heat. Salt and pepper to taste. Add rice and soup. Place in oven, covered and cook about 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until rice is done.
