OVEN EASY PORK CHOPS 
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
1 c. coarse saltine crumbs
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. milk
6 pork chops (3/4 inch thick)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place butter in pan in oven to melt. In shallow bowl or pie plate combine crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper. In another pie plate blend eggs and milk. Coat chops with crumbs, dip in egg mix and again in crumbs. Place in baking pan (cookie sheet with sides). Bake 30 minutes. Carefully turn chops and bake another 30 minutes or until done.
