PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
8 center cut boneless pork chops
1 can French onion soup
1 can beef consomme soup
2 c. rice
1/2 stick butter

Brown pork chops in a small amount of butter in a skillet. Preheat pan and melt butter. Pour rice over the melted butter. Place the pork chops on top of rice and pour soups over rice and chops. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until rice is tender. Serves 6 to 8.
