PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
Loin pork chops
1 can mushroom soup
1 can beef consomme
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. long grain white rice

Brown chops. Mix together mushroom soup and consomme. Add melted butter, also 1/2 can water. Add 1 cup rice and stir. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Take out of oven; add chops and bake another 20 minutes. This should be enough rice for around 6-10 chops. Put in a 2 1/2 quart casserole.
