PORK CHOP CASSEROLE | |
6 pork chops 4 tomatoes, sliced 2 lg. onions, sliced Salt & pepper to taste 12 tbsp. raw rice 2 lg. Bell peppers, sliced 3 cans beef broth Brown chips in small amount of oil. Do not flour. Grease bottom of casserole dish. Place rice on bottom; chops on layer of rice; layer of onions; layer of tomatoes; layer of peppers. Pour broth over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. |
