BEST MICROWAVE RICE 
1 c. reg. rice
1 can chicken or beef broth
Enough water to make broth equal 2 c. liquid
1 tbsp. chopped parsley

Combine all in 2 quart covered casserole dish. Microwave on high for 5 minutes (do not stir). Then microwave at 40 or 50% power for 15 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve. (For plain white rice, just use 2 cups water and 1/2 teaspoon salt.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
