JOAN'S MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. ground sirloin
1 lb. ground veal
1 lb. bulk sausage
3 eggs
1 lg. onion, finely chopped & 2 green peppers, chopped
1 tbsp. seasoned salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. steak sauce
4 hard-boiled eggs
2 tbsp. seasoned salt
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. steak sauce
1 c. water

Mix all ingredients, except last 5. Shape this mixture into oval loaf in shallow baking pan. Gently press hard-boiled eggs into loaf. Sprinkle remaining ingredients on top of loaf, pouring water in pan, but not over meat loaf. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. Turn oven down to 250 degrees and bake for 45 minutes. Baste frequently with pan juice. Yield: 10 to 12 servings.
