MIX THOROUGHLY:

1 1/2 lb. meat loaf mix (beef, veal and pork)
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1 1/4 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. onion, minced
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Shape into 2 even loaves. Can spread catsup, barbecue sauce or strips of bacon over tops before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
