WELL SEASONED MEATLOAF 
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. allspice
4 slices bacon, optional
1/2 lb. ground veal
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Mix all ingredients except the bacon. Be sure mixture is well blended. Pack into a lightly greased loaf pan or form into loaf on a baking sheet. Top with bacon. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 90 minutes.
