SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1/2 lb. Italian sausage (mild)
1/2 lb. thinly sliced ham
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. chopped parsley
3 beaten eggs
1/4 - 1/2 lb. spaghetti
Minced garlic
Ground pepper

Saute sausage, garlic and ham in butter until ham curls. Cook spaghetti. Toss all ingredients together and serve immediately.
