1 c. sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
6 c. Special K cereal
Chocolate chips

Bring sugar and corn syrup to a boil and remove from heat. Add peanut butter, vanilla, and cereal. Press into 2 large cake pans. Sprinkle with chocolate chips, cover with lid or foil 5 minutes until chips melt. Spread over bars evenly. Chill slightly. Cut and chill.
