PECAN TARTS 
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 lb. dark brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
9 unbaked tart shells
Sour cream or whipped cream

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine eggs, sugar and melted butter. Blend well.

Pour 1/2 cup of the mixture into each tart shell. Place on baking sheet. Reduce to 250 degrees and bake about 45 minutes until mixture is set. Serve with whipping cream or sour cream.
