EGG CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
3 slices French bread, cubed
7 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry yellow mustard
1/4 tsp. salt

Grease a casserole (9 x 12 x 2); lay bread cubes and cheese in bottom of pan. Mix beaten eggs and spice; pour over cheese and bread cubes. Add milk, covering all. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Can be served alone or with ham slices. Also can chop ham into above mixture of original casserole before adding paprika and refrigerating.
