4 c. torn lettuce
3 hard boiled eggs
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 chopped green onion
1 1/3 tsp. yellow mustard
3 tbsp. sugar
6 slices bacon, crumbled
1/3 c. bacon drippings

Mix vinegar, mustard, sugar together with yolks of eggs. Cook bacon; crumble. Add drippings to dressing mix. Pour over lettuce immediately. Top with bacon and egg whites (sliced).
