CABBAGE SOUP 
2 (48 oz.) cans tomato juice
2 c. celery with leaves, cut up
3/4 or 1 head cabbage, cut up
2 tbsp. onion flakes
2 tbsp. liquid sweetener
2 beef bouillon cubes
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. garlic, whole or powder
1 bay leaf

Put into big pot. Simmer about 1 1/2 hours until tender. Wonderful for dieters.
