BAR B Q CHICKEN 
1 pkg. dry onion soup
1 (8 oz.) jar apricot preserves
1 (8 oz.) bottle Wishbone Red Russian dressing
1 chicken

Sprinkle soup in bottom of 9"x13" pan and spoon apricot jam over soup mix. Place chicken on top (skin side down). Pour Wishbone dressing over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Turn chicken over and bake 1/2 hour longer.
