JOYCE'S MARINATED VEGGIES 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. tomatoes, cherry
1 (8 oz.) pkg. mushrooms, fresh
1 (8 oz.) jar artichoke hearts
2 lb. cauliflower, fresh
2 lb. broccoli, fresh
1 med. onion
1 (12 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Wash thoroughly all fresh vegetables and cut up all except cherry tomatoes (cut up stems of cauliflower, broccoli and mushrooms, too).

Drain oil from artichoke hearts before cutting up. Slice onions. Add spices and place in an airtight container for turning in refrigerator. Turn as often as you can 1/2 or 1 hour intervals. Can be made 6 hours in advance.
