MARINATED ROUND STEAK 
1 thick round steak (approximately 3 lbs.)
Worcestershire sauce
Soy sauce
1 pkg. dry mushroom soup mix

Pound steak with mallet or knife end to tenderize. Sprinkle both sides with 2 sauces. Cover and marinate approximately 6 hours or overnight.

To cook, brown steak on both sides and use 1/2 dry soup mix on top of steak. Add 1/4 cup water, cover and simmer until tender. Check and add water if necessary. Use liquid when done to make gravy with remaining soup mix.
