ROUND STEAK 
1 whole cut round steak
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. oil (olive, canola or corn oil)
1 sm. or med. onion, chopped
2 sm. carrots, shredded
1 med. zucchini, shredded
2 boiled eggs, chopped
1 tsp. salt & Mrs. Dash for seasoning
Cotton twine

Tenderize steak with tenderizer and meat mallet (both sides). Slide eight pieces of twine under the steak (evenly spaced). Lightly coat steak surface with oil. Sprinkle with salt and seasoning. Spread shredded carrots, chopped onion, shredded zucchini and chopped eggs on steak. Carefully roll steak and tie tightly with twine. Place in Dutch oven and cover with tomato sauce and 3/4 cup water. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes.
