RUSSIAN ROUND STEAK 
1 round steak
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Salt
Pepper
MSG
Paprika
Flou r
3 tbsp. oil
1 bottle Russian salad dressing

Cut steak into serving pieces. Sprinkle steak with seasonings. Pound in with tenderizer. Turn over and repeat on other side. Dredge meat in flour. Brown both sides in oil. Pour salad dressing over meat and simmer 40-45 minutes until tender, turning once. Rinse the bottle with some water.
