SMOTHER ROUND STEAK 
Round steak
Lg. bell pepper, chopped
Lg. onion, chopped
Garlic, fresh, crushed and chopped
Kitchen Bouquet
1 c. mushrooms, sliced (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Trim fat from round steak, rub to cover with Kitchen Bouquet, cut into serving pieces. Brown in a little oil. Add onions, bell pepper, fresh garlic, add enough water to cover. Simmer until meat is tender, adding more water, if necessary.

When meat is tender, add mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper. If juice needs to be thickened, use flour mixed with water and continue cooking until desired thickness. Serve over steamed rice.
