THREE INGREDIENT MAGIC COOKIES 
1 c. peanut butter (crunchy is best)
1 c. sugar
1 egg

Mix all together. Shape into approximately 2 dozen small balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten by crisscrossing with a fork to about 1/3 inch thick. Bake at 325°F for about 10 minutes.

These are so simple and taste great. Let them 'rest' on the cookie sheet for about 2 minutes before removing. Otherwise, they will fall apart before you can even get them to the cookie rack to cool.

Answer to question "Can I use Splenda?" No can do. Its the SUGAR and egg that hold these cookies together.

Add 2 eggs, over 1 for a more chewy cookie.
Use Honey instead of sugar for better nutritional value.
Do NOT use artificial sweeteners, as these are horrible for kids, or adults.
Splenda destroys beneficial gut bacteria and Aspartame contributes to early onset dementia.
