PAPER BAG APPLE PIE 
6 apples
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter

Mix together and pour into pastry lined pie plate. Combine topping ingredients and spread evenly over apples in pie plate. Place in a paper grocery bag and staple or paper clip it closed. Bake about 1 hour in 400 degree oven.
