MEXICAN LASAGNA 
1 lb. hamburger
1 chopped onion
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 can Mexi-beans
1 pkg. flour tortillas, quartered
1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
8 oz. sour cream

Grease dish. Layer with quartered tortillas. Brown meat with onion and seasonings. Drain meat. Add undrained beans. Mix well. Spoon over tortillas. Cover with grated cheese.

Mix soup, sour cream and drained tomatoes. Pour mixture over casserole. Make sure all ingredients are well covered. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Add layer of cheese, cook 5-10 minutes more. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Better if made ahead. Can freeze.
