MARINATED FISH STEAKS 
2 lbs. fish steaks (fresh or frozen)
1/4 c. orange or pineapple juice
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. cooking oil
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 pepper

Thaw fish if frozen. Place fish in a single layer in shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients in mixing bowl and pour over fish. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes, turning once. Place covered dish in microwave oven and cook on High power 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve the marinade separately with the fish.

Serves 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
