SCANDINAVIAN HERBED FISH STEAKS 
3 tbsp. dill seed
1 tbsp. onion powder
2 tsp. powdered mustard
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. white pepper
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 fish steaks, 1 3/4" thick (2 lbs.)

In small bowl combine dill, onion powder, mustard, garlic powder, salt and pepper, lemon juice and oil. Place fish in a shallow pan (non-metallic) tight fitting container. Pour marinate over fish, turn fish to coat completely, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove fish from marinade. Barbecue, bake or broil or brush occasionally with marinate until fish flakes when tested with fork. About 10 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
