PETITE CREAM PUFFS 
1/2 c. water
4 tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Grease large cookie sheet. In 2 quart saucepan over medium heat, heat water, butter, and salt until butter melts and mixture boils. Remove saucepan from heat. Into very hot mixture, with spoon, vigorously stir flour all at once until mixture forms ball and leaves side of pan. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each egg, until smooth. Drop batter by teaspoon on cookie sheet into small mounds. Bake 25-30 minutes until golden. Cool on wire rack, about 30 minutes.
