FOOL PROOF EGG CUSTARD 
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. milk
Nutmeg

Beat eggs and sugar together. Add rest of ingredients and pour into 6 to 8 custard cups. Put cups in electric fry pan and pour hot water in pan to custard level. Bring to rolling boil. Put lid on tight and turn off fry pan. Let stand for 30 minutes. DO NOT PEEK.
