CHICKEN BREASTS A LA BUDAPEST 
5 whole chicken breasts
1/4 lb. butter
Salt & pepper to taste
1 med. onion, chopped
3-4 cloves garlic, sliced
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. dry white wine
2 tbsp. bread crumbs

Cut whole breasts in half and skin, removing larger bones. Rinse and pat dry. Melt butter in long baking dish. Salt and pepper and turn pieces over. Repeat on other side. Arrange side by side. Spread onion and garlic evenly. Combine Worcestershire sauce and sour cream, spread over pieces. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs and paprika.

Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. After 30 minutes add 1/2 of wine. After 30 minutes more add remaining wine.
