PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 (14 oz.) jar Ragu pizza sauce
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. bell pepper, chopped
2 or 3 tbsp. cooking oil
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
3/4 c. milk
3 eggs

Saute onion and pepper in oil for 2 or 3 minutes. Add beef and cook until light brown. Pour beef mixture into 9x9 inch baking dish, spread with pizza sauce and sprinkle with both cheeses.

To make topping, beat eggs and Bisquick, then slowly add milk. Beat until smooth. Spread over meat and cheese in dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
