3 to 4 lb. beef chuck roast
1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup
1 (12 oz.) can cola

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place roast in crock pot. Pour catsup on roast, then pour on cola drink. Cover and cook 4 to 5 hours depending on size of roast. (Be sure and DO NOT use any spices, salt or pepper, as they will ruin the flavor. This is like barbecued beef and is very good.)
