IMPOSSIBLE QUICHE 
3 oz. bacon bits
1/2 c. minced onion
3/4 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 c. milk (not low fat)
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Heat the oven to 425 degrees. Mix all the ingredients in a blender except items. Grease a 10 inch quiche pan. Pour the mixture into dish and let stand 15 minutes. Then sprinkle onion and bacon bits over the top and press down with a fork. Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake 30 minutes longer. Before removing from the oven, check center to be sure the quiche is cooked through. Remove from the oven and let stand 10-15 minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings.
