3 well beaten eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
8 oz. grated Swiss cheese
1 c. diced ham, crisp bacon or clams

Mix first 5 ingredients in order given above. Pour into greased pie plates (2 - 9 inch). Sprinkle cheese and meat over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into pie wedges.
