2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. biscuit mix
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Put in blender for 3 minutes on low speed.

1 c. angel flake coconut

Pour top mixture into a greased 9 inch pie pan. Let stand about 5 minutes then sprinkle with coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Serve warm or cool.
