QUICK BEEF STROGANOFF 
2-3 lbs. lean round steak
4 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms & juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed consomme
1 lg. onion, sliced thin
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 c. sour cream

Cut meat in narrow strips. Brown in butter. Sprinkle flour over meat; stir. Add soups, onion, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper. Cook, stirring gently and constantly, until sauce boils and thickens. Cover, simmer gently, until 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Just before serving marble in sour cream and paprika. Heat, but don't boil. Serve over noodles or rice. Serves 8.
