FREEZER SLAW 
1 head cabbage
2 chopped carrots
1 red or green mango, chopped (or green pepper)
2 tsp. salt
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed

Shred cabbage, add carrots and mango. Sprinkle salt over mixture. Let stand 1 hour. Drain, squeeze out juice. Mix remaining ingredients and boil 2 minutes. Pour over cabbage. Cool and freeze.
