2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. coffee
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
1 c. pecan nut meats

Mix together eggs and brown sugar. Melt Crisco and butter and pour hot on sugar mixture. Add coffee with soda added. Stir in vanilla, stir well. Add flour and nut meats. Drop by spoonfuls. Bake at 400 degrees about 8 minutes.-
