GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE DOWN
CAKE

FIRST LAYER:

1 can Baker coconut

SECOND LAYER:

1 can chopped nuts

THIRD LAYER:

Betty Crocker German chocolate cake mix

Mix according to directions on box.

FOURTH LAYER:

1 stick melted butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box confectioners' sugar

Mix together. Put in greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
