PASTRY CHEESE BALLS 
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cream together:

1/3 c. sharp spreading cheese or grated American cheese
3 tbsp. butter

Sift, then add:

3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. curry

When well blended, pinch off pieces of dough and form them into 3/4 inch balls. They should be chilled for 2 hours but may be baked at once. Bake for about 10 minutes. Serve hot or cold. Yield: About 24 hors d'oeuvres.
