CHEESE PASTRY 
2 pkgs. crescent roll mix
2 pkgs. (8 oz.) cream cheese (softened)
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg separated
1 tsp. vanilla

Press 1 package of crescent roll mix in a greased 9x12 pan (keep rolls in one piece).

Mix cream cheese, egg yolk, sugar and vanilla until creamy. Spread mixture on rolls in pan.

Press second package of crescent roll mix on the top of mixture. Brush top rolls with egg white and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
